1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Kairos mobile application and the trainkairos.comwebsite (together, the “Services”), operated by Pawin Peetawan, an independent developer (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. The App & Your Purchase
Kairos is sold as a one-time purchasethrough the app stores. There is no subscription, no advertising, and no in-app purchases. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own, subject to the store's own terms.
Kairos works fully offline and requires no account. All data you enter is stored on your device — see our Privacy Policy for details. You are responsible for backing up your data (the app provides a backup/export feature); we cannot recover data stored only on your device.
3. Not Medical Advice
Kairos is a fitness tracking and workout-guidance tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Calorie estimates, suggested plans, and guided sessions are informational only. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. You use the Services and perform any physical activity at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for training within your own limits.
4. Website Tools
The website offers free tools, including the exercise library and the in-browser Plan Builder, which stores drafts in your browser's local storage and exports .krosplan files. These tools are provided “as is”, without warranty; clearing your browser data will remove locally saved drafts.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its bundled content, except where permitted by law;
- use the website's contact or request forms to send spam, malware, or unlawful content;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services — including the Kairos name, design, exercise library content, animations, and software — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. Plans you create are yours; the .kros format itself may be used freely to move your plans between devices and people.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including personal injury arising from exercise, or loss of data stored on your device — and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the Services evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, noticed in the app or on the website. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
