A PR (personal record)is your all-time best on an exercise's primary metric. Each exercise has one primary metric that earns the badge:
- Weight & Reps → Volume (weight × reps). Note: a heavier weight for fewer reps won't earn a badge if your total volume dropped. Your headline card shows Estimated 1RM (Epley: weight × (1 + reps/30)).
- Bodyweight Reps → Max Reps, Duration → Longest Hold, Distance & Time → Best Speed, Reps & Time → Conditioning (reps/min), Cardio Equipment → machine-specific (distance, power, 500m split, cadence, pace…), Custom → your chosen field.
You'll see a golden PR badge the moment you beat your best — live during a workout and in Coach Mode. First time doing an exercise? You get a “First Time” badge. Review every record on an exercise's Records tab, including a PR-journey timeline.
