A Goal lets you set a personal target for one exercise on its primary metric and track your progress. Open an exercise → Records tab → Set a Goal (just under your headline record).
The input adapts to the exercise: an Estimated 1RMtarget for weight & reps (there's a helper — enter a weight × reps and Kairos estimates the 1RM), a distance, a fastest speed, a longest hold, a best pace/500m split (these are “lower is better”), and so on.
Enter the value in your own units; Kairos stores it precisely and shows a progress baras you close in. Hit it and Kairos celebrates, files it under “achieved,” and invites you to set the next one. One active goal per exercise.
