Basics

Getting started (60 seconds)

Kairos sets you up fast. On first launch you'll pick a goal β€” Build Muscle, Get Stronger, Burn Fat, or General Fitness β€” and share a few basics (gender, date of birth, height, weight, activity level, and the equipment you have: full gym, home setup, resistance bands, or bodyweight only).

Kairos uses this to generate a tailored starter plan and a daily calorie target, and creates your first Group (a folder) to hold your plans. No account, no sign-up β€” your data lives on your device.
