Exercises, Plans & Groups

Exercises are the building blocks. Kairos ships with ~650 exercises β€” each with a demonstration animation and a muscle diagram β€” and you can add your own custom exercises any time.

Plans are reusable workouts you build from exercises. A plan is organized into Blocks (see Block Types), each block holds exercises, and each exercise holds sets (your target reps/weight/etc.).

Groupsare folders that organize your Plans on the Plans tab. Create a group like β€œPush / Pull / Legs,” drag plans into it, rename and reorder. Groups hold plans; plans hold exercises.

To create a custom exercise: Exercises β†’ Add Custom Exercise β†’ name it, pick a tracking method (how you log it), tag categories and muscles, set a default rest time, and save.
