- Start it: open a plan → Coach Mode. A resume banner appears if you left a session mid-way.
- During a set: hit your target, then let the timer advance you — or tap skip to move on.
- Adjust on the fly: ± buttons add or remove time; pushing a timer past its end completes it.
- Rest control: pause/resume any rest; toggle “Rest after last set” in settings if you don't want a rest timer after a block's final set.
- Leave and come back: minimize Coach Mode and it keeps running; a compact indicator shows progress and you can jump back in.
- Fine-tune once: in Coach Mode → Settings, set your working duration per training mode (Warm-up / Standard / Superset / Circuit / Cardio / Cool-down), superset/circuit rest, set duration (10s–600s), and transition time.
- Skip an exercise everywhere: mark an exercise “exclude from Coach Mode” and it's quietly skipped.
