Coach Mode

Coach Moderuns your whole workout hands-free — like a trainer counting you through it. Instead of logging every set by hand, Kairos flattens your plan into a single top-to-bottom sequence (a “waterfall”) and walks you through it: each exercise set, each rest, each cardio interval, and each transition between blocks.

What you see:a large step card (current exercise, “Set 2 of 3,” target weight/reps), a progress bar, a “Next up” preview of the coming exercise with its animation, and timer controls.

Three timers run the show — an exercise timer (your working duration), a rest timer (between sets), and a transition timer (between blocks). When one hits zero, Kairos auto-advances. You can pause, skip, or ±adjust any timer. Timers are wall-clock accurate — lock your phone or switch apps and the countdown stays correct, with lock-screen notifications keeping you posted.

Audio cues(when sound is on): a 10-second warning before a timer ends, a “ready for your exercise” cue after rest, an “exercise complete” cue, and a finish cue at the end.
