A plan is split into Blocks, and each block's type changes how that section is performed. Kairos has six, each with its own accent color:
- Warm-upprepare your body. (Default rest 30s.)
- Standardyour main strength work as straight sets. (Default rest 90s.)
- Supersetalternate between paired exercises with no rest between them.
- Circuitround-robin through several stations for a set number of rounds.
- Cardiocardiovascular intervals. (No rest by default.)
- Cool-downrecovery and stretching. (No rest by default.)
Blocks are smart about their type: Cool-down and Cardio don't show rest timers, and Supersets/Circuits label their sets as “Phase” or by round/station.
