Kairos keeps everything on your device, so backups are how you protect and move your data. Create a full backup — a single .kbak file containing all your exercises, plans, groups, and history — and store it wherever you like (Files, cloud, email).
To move to a new phone or recover, import that .kbak and Kairos restores everything. (A backup replaces the current data on restore, so use it when setting up a device.)
